Following the 2025 SCSBC guidelines, a full-time teacher’s salary ranges from $53,743 to $94,181, depending on education, category qualifications, and teaching experience. We offer an excellent compensation package that includes an 8.05% pension, a premium dental plan, and extended health benefits.

Following the 2025 SCSBC guidelines, a full-time EA ranges from $25,560 – $35,556, depending on education, category qualifications, and experience ($21.30 to $29.63 per hour). We have an excellent compensation package of 8.05% pension, a premium dental plan, and extended health benefits.

Applicants should demonstrate a genuine relationship with Christ and a pedagogy that reflects a biblical worldview. To be considered for the role, candidates should possess relational attributes, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for pursuing Christ. Teachers should hold—or be in the process of acquiring—a valid BC Teaching Certificate.

Education Assistants
The King’s School is accepting part-time and full-time education assistants for the 2025-26 school year to support elementary students in various settings, including in-class, small group, and one-on-one support. These positions are suited to people who can work collaboratively, take initiative, adapt to changing work demands, and build relationships with students and staff. Please contact Mrs. E.
