About The King’s School
The King's Community Church

As we explain in the section on the History of the King’ School, the school began as a church school, and up until 2003 was operated as a ministry of The King’s Community Church.

In 2003, a new non-profit, charitable Society (The King’s Christian School Society) was founded, and this Society now operates the school. Strong ties remain, however, and the school continues to enjoy the use of The King’s Community Church facilities and its financial support. When the new Society was established, its constitution and by-laws were drawn up to ensure continuity of the vision and values that had been foundational since the inception of The King’s School.

For more information about the church, please refer to The King’s Community Church web site: www.tkc.com

At that site, you will not only find details about the church, but also articles of interest – including a series of papers on Christian Education (which we have used as the basis for training and envisioning our staff at The King’s School) and some articles that may be of interest to parents (including some material on the issue of “Courtship and Dating”).
